LCW Online Failed to Deliver My Order and Most Items Are Now Out of Stock
I felt completely victimized by LCW Online. On November 27, 2024, I placed an order for six items totaling ₺818.95 during a special promotion. My package was prepared on November 28 and handed over to the courier company Scotty on November 29. However, delivery failed without explanation. On November 30, LCW sent a message allowing me to request re-dispatch within 24 hours, which I promptly did via the app. Despite this, customer service couldn’t clarify why the initial delivery failed. After days of waiting, I contacted them again on December 3. They promised to speak with the courier and follow up, but no one called back. On December 5, after another inquiry, they claimed the delay was due to a courier technical issue but assured me the package was now at the Izmir branch and would be delivered soon. Yet, there were still no updates. On December 7, I received an email stating my order was with the courier, and the app reflected the same. However, the tracking link in both the email and app was broken. When I checked the courier’s website using the tracking number, I saw my package had been returned to the sender. I immediately called LCW customer service, who first insisted my order was in transit but later confirmed the return after contacting the courier. They offered a refund and reinstated my coupon, but most items are now out of stock. These were intended as gifts for my loved ones. After 10 days of chasing this issue, I am left without my order and only a refund and coupon as compensation. I demand the same items be delivered to me.
