Foreign Substance Found In Lay's Sealed Pack

I purchased a Lays Karides flavored product from a BİM store in İzmir. While we were about to consume the product at home, my daughter noticed a foreign substance inside the package and, thankfully, did not eat it. The package is still kept as it is. Finding a foreign substance in a world-renowned snack brand’s product is extremely worrying in terms of hygiene and consumer health, especially when children are involved. The purchase date of the product is 12.01.2026 and it was bought from a BİM market, and the sealed package is still available as evidence. I request that the product in question be examined in detail, that I be informed clearly about what the foreign substance is and how such a thing could happen, and that the necessary quality and hygiene controls be carried out so that similar situations do not recur. I also expect an official explanation and the necessary measures to be taken regarding this product.
