Lay's Cheese And Grill Chips Bad Smell And Taste

I purchased a Lay's cheese and grill flavored chips from the A101 branch in the Beşiri district of Batman, Türkiye on 23.12.2025. When I opened the package on 24.12.2025, I noticed an abnormal smell and taste, reminiscent of raw material or an unpleasant paper-like flavor, which made the product impossible to enjoy. I also checked the package and confirmed that the product was not past its expiration date. Because this situation reduces my trust in the product’s quality, I kindly request that both Lay's and A101 review this issue, examine the relevant production batch if necessary, and provide me with feedback and an apology regarding the situation.
