On March 30, 2025, I purchased your product, Ruffles plain potato chips, for ₺50. However, after opening the package, I found a strange substance resembling a ball of string among the chips. This situation was quite surprising and concerning for me, as I do not want to experience any issues related to the contents of the chips. I would like to know more about the quality control process for this product following this experience. Additionally, I kindly request that the necessary inspections be carried out to prevent similar incidents in the future and ask that you provide your proposed solution regarding my case.
