I purchased the Lansinoh Single Wearable Breast Pump about two months ago from the e-bebek store in Denizli. During the first few days, it worked perfectly and pumped milk without any problems. However, over the past month, the device has experienced a serious loss of suction power. The pump no longer pulls the nipple at all—it feels like it’s running idle, with only a very weak suction. Despite trying for hours, no milk comes out, and I’ve been forced to express manually.
There are no error codes, warning lights, or charging issues with the device, and I regularly clean it according to the instructions. I still have the receipt, and the product is under warranty. So far, I haven’t contacted Lansinoh customer service about this issue.
I’m requesting that the device be repaired, or if necessary, replacement parts be provided, or that technical support be arranged to resolve the problem.
