Lansinoh Hands Free Breast Pump Stopped Suctioning After Only 10 Days Of Use

I gave birth two weeks ago and purchased the Lansinoh hands-free breast pump from the Ebebek store. I have been using the product for about 10 days. During the first 2–3 uses, there were no issues, but afterward the device stopped suctioning completely. We charged it, cleaned all the parts, and tried everything, but nothing changed. Since I am now unable to pump, I have started experiencing health problems. It is extremely frustrating to pay such a high amount for a product and encounter this kind of issue within just 10 days.

My invoice number is e102025000516032. We believe the product is under warranty, but we are not entirely sure. I have not contacted Lansinoh customer service because I saw many people around me and on this platform who experienced the same issue but did not receive a solution.

With a 2-week-old baby, I am left in a very difficult situation with a malfunctioning device. I request a product replacement and kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
