Lansinoh Wearable Breast Pump Lost Suction And Started Clicking After Only 10 Days

I purchased the Lansinoh single wearable breast pump from E-bebek about three months ago, and I have only been using the product for 10 days. Despite this, for the past three days there has been a significant decrease in suction power, and today the device began making clicking sounds while running. The product has not been dropped, exposed to liquid, or misused in any way; I have followed all instructions properly.
Since I cannot breastfeed my 10-day-old baby, I feed them solely with the milk I pump using this device. When I spoke with the company, they told me to send the product in for warranty inspection. Even though I clearly explained that I rely completely on this pump to feed my baby and would be left in a difficult situation if I shipped it off, they offered no alternative solutions—not a replacement device, not a fast exchange, not even a temporary loaner.
I request that a backup device be provided to me during the warranty inspection so that my baby’s feeding routine is not disrupted, and that once my defective pump is examined, a full one-to-one replacement be issued without delay. I am extremely disappointed with this approach, which fails to stand behind the product and provides no support for customers experiencing serious hardship.
