You need to review my emails to Borusan in Ankara, Turkey. They damaged our engine and want to replace it. Our vehicle has been returned to your service, and I've attached images of the issue. The same warning lamp came on again before a year passed. I've conducted extensive research on this matter and repeatedly questioned the reasons behind it. Relevant emails are provided below. As a result of the warranties and explanations given by your company, the replacement and construction of the relevant parts of our vehicle have been approved. Since the service was performed under warranty, we delivered our vehicle to you again with the same fault warning lamp. During our phone call, you mentioned the parts that needed replacement. We are eagerly awaiting your price offer on this matter. It would be advisable for you to reexamine our vehicle's history because this malfunction should fall under the service warranty. Our Land Rover brand Range Rover Sport 2.0 SD4 model vehicle, with license plate 06 KVC 18, chassis number SALWA2FN7HA167749, and registration date of 02.10.2017, was brought to our service on 16.01.2023 with the complaint of "exhaust filter is full, and engine warning light is on." Your vehicle had previously had the diesel particulate filter, front crank seal, V-belt, and tensioner changed, and in the last checks conducted in accordance with the manufacturer's standards, no problems were found, and the vehicle was returned to you.
