My Zwilling Sorrento Plus Double-Walled Glasses Cracked at the Rim

Approximately one to two months after purchasing the Zwilling Sorrento Plus double-walled cappuccino glass 2-piece set, I noticed cracks forming on the top rim of the glasses under completely normal usage. The glasses were never bumped or dropped, yet similar cracks appeared on the rim of both units.
We own approximately 20 different Zwilling glasses in our household and have been using them for years without any issues. Encountering such a problem exclusively with this series suggests a potential manufacturing or material defect in the product itself. Furthermore, because the cracks are located at the rim, they pose a serious health and safety hazard, creating risks of cuts or accidental ingestion of glass particles.
When I contacted both the brand and the retailer following this issue, I was told that the defect was due to user error and that no replacement could be issued for the glasses. However, I would like to emphasize that the products were used strictly in accordance with standard care instructions, and no other Zwilling glasses in our collection have ever suffered similar damage.
Therefore, I demand that this product line be inspected, that I receive a full refund for the cracked glasses, and that necessary quality control checks be conducted to prevent similar grievances from occurring.
