My 2024 Skoda Superb Elite: Persistent Malfunctions and Breakdowns

On June 10, 2024, I purchased a 2024 Skoda Superb Elite package vehicle from the Skoda Aykan Kartal dealership on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Since the day I bought the car, it has been constantly displaying warning lights. The engine warning light and numerous error codes have appeared, causing the car to break down twice.

When I took it to the service center, they simply cleared the warning lights and returned the car to me. Due to the recurring issues, I had to bring the vehicle back to the service center. I can see that the problem hasn't been resolved at all, and I'm frustrated. We've been Skoda Superb users since 2020, with all the vehicles in our company being the same model.

I'm requesting that the issues with my car be properly addressed and resolved. During this time, I've had numerous meetings and appointments, all of which have been negatively impacted by these car problems. Despite bringing my car back to the service center to avoid further inconvenience, when I requested a loaner vehicle, I was informed that none were available.

I kindly ask for your support in resolving the issues with my car as soon as possible to prevent any recurrence, and to address the inconvenience I've experienced. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

On 09/07/2024, I left my car at the Skoda Aykan Kartal dealership. My car was showing multiple faults, including a 48-volt seatbelt issue. They told me from the first day that they had ordered parts for my car. My car stayed in the service for 22 days. They told me that the parts had arrived and I could pick up my car. I went to get the car, and by that evening, the seatbelt warning light started to come on again, and strange noises began coming from the underside of my car. I have grown to dislike the car I bought. I must have visited the service at least 10 times. Damn it, the interest and attention are zero. I am fed up and will no longer fight. I will hand it over to my lawyer and do my best to return it. From this moment on, Skoda is nothing but regret. Not a single person called to inform me from the dealership or Skoda Turkey. Do not buy from them, and do not let anyone else buy from them!
