On May 2, 2024, we obtained an expert service at Borusan Avcılar BMW Authorized Service for the BMW 320i Sedan with license plate 34Z**448, which we were considering buying. Our expectation was to have any deficiencies in the car identified and communicated to us. Ultimately, they informed us that the most significant problem with the car was "Water and Oil Leaks." Subsequently, a price list was created and presented to us. (I have attached the payment and invoice). Once the process was completed, they indicated that the tests had also been conducted, and we could pick up the car. On May 5, 2024, just 3 days after taking delivery of the car, the engine warning light came on, and I reported the situation to the mechanic. He said the car needed to be connected to the diagnostic tool and that I should come to the service center. On May 6, 2024, I took the car back to Borusan Avcılar BMW Authorized Service. At this time, the car was lifted on a lift, and it was reported to me that there was a water leak in the radiator section. (I'm attaching the picture). However, a detailed inspection of the car had been done, and an amount of ₺80,857 had been paid for water and oil leakage issues. As a result, I stated that I could not currently afford to change the radiator due to the leak and asked for the other fault to be fixed, which was done accordingly. The mechanic there kindly advised me to periodically check the water level in the car. I picked up the car and began preparations to go to Aydın, loading our belongings and completing our preparations to hit the road with my family. Our plan was to start our journey on May 24, 2024, Friday, but the mechanic's advice came to mind, and I wanted to check the water level. I opened the cap, but this time the water reservoir was mixed with oil. (I have attached the pictures). I immediately informed the service employee of the situation, and he said that the situation was problematic and that I should not use the car in this condition. When we asked what would happen, they said they would tow the car for examination, but if the fault was not their fault, the towing fee and expenses would be at our expense. Naturally, we requested a replacement vehicle from them, stating that we were about to start our journey and that our suitcases were in the car, but Borusan Avcılar stated that they had no replacement vehicles available and could not help. Consequently, we took the car to the service center, and the car is currently under examination. The time losses we experienced, coupled with the disappointment of our family as we were about to embark on a journey, cannot be compensated for. Depending on the outcome of the examination, I would like to inform you that I will initiate the necessary legal procedures.
