Zwilling Canceled My Order Claiming Damaged Stock

On July 10, 2026, I purchased the "Zwilling Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set | Rubberwood | 7-Piece" for 19,999.99 TRY under order number TR-ON-000229930 via the official Zwilling online store and completed the payment. As of that step, a distance sales contract was legally established.

The seller company unilaterally canceled my order without my consent, citing in an email that "the last remaining stock item was damaged." Pursuant to Article 16/4 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, stock insufficiency or inability to supply the goods is not legally considered an impossibility of performance. The vendor is legally obligated to deliver a non-damaged equivalent of this mass-produced set to me at the committed contract price.

Furthermore, although the company claims to have issued a refund, the corresponding amount has not been reflected in my bank account to date. I do not accept the practice of a merchant passing its own operational or logistical failures onto consumers, thereby effectively depriving me of my valid promotional price benefit.

I demand that my grievance be resolved through full performance of contract for order TR-ON-000229930—specifically, by delivering an undamaged equivalent unit of the product to me at the agreed price as soon as possible.
