My Zwilling Vitality Pot Turned Black on First Use

I purchased the Zwilling Vitality 5-piece cookware set from Enplus last year for my dowry. I used the product yesterday for the very first time after recently getting married, and upon that single first use, the bottom of the pot became stained and turned black. Experiencing such a problem on the very first use with a product that is praised for its quality and widely recommended left me both shocked and disappointed.

Because I bought the set for my dowry, I did not have the opportunity to test it for a long time; the defect manifested immediately upon initial use. Considering the price paid for the product and the trust placed in the brand, I believe this is a manufacturing or material defect.

I see on this platform that many other users have suffered from the same issue, and even when replacements were provided, they experienced the exact same defect with the replacement units. For this reason, I am requesting a full monetary refund to resolve my grievance.

I request that the product be inspected, that necessary support be provided, and that my grievance be fully resolved.
