Tommy Hilfiger Shoes Ripped After Minimal Use – Return Request Denied Twice by SuperStep

On July 5, 2024, I purchased a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shoes from SuperStep, expecting quality from such a reputable brand. However, after only minimal use, the shoes started tearing at the front and sides. On August 2, 2024, I took them back to the store, requesting a return, as there were no signs of user-related damage. Despite this, my return request was denied after their inspection, claiming no defect. I resubmitted my request, but it was rejected again, leaving me with shoes that are unusable.
I’m extremely disappointed, as I expected Tommy Hilfiger to stand behind its products. I’ve since filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and hope SuperStep can finally offer a resolution.
