Lacoste Shoes Make Loud Noise and Rip Easily – SuperStep Ignores Warranty Issue

Around three months ago, I purchased a pair of Lacoste shoes from SuperStep, expecting quality and durability. However, from day one, the right shoe makes an annoying “cak-cak-cak” sound with every step, turning walks into embarrassing public experiences. On top of that, the right shoe’s upper section tore without any impact or rough use, as shown in the attached pictures. I sent the shoes in for warranty, specifically mentioning the tear, but when they were returned, there was no acknowledgment of this issue in the response. It’s clear my complaint wasn’t even read, which leaves me wondering if the defect was actually assessed at all.
I bought these shoes assuming both Lacoste and SuperStep stood behind their products, but this experience shows otherwise. I am disappointed and expect a prompt resolution.

Thank you, my complaint was resolved on the second attempt.
