Lacoste Rejected My Warranty Claim for Shoes That Deformed and Peeled Quickly
I purchased a pair of Lacoste shoes, trusting the quality and reputation of your brand. However, from the very first day of use, I noticed deformation in the inner part of the shoe. Moreover, in the last 2–3 months, the front leather has started to peel off significantly. I would like to emphasize that I wear these shoes only once or twice a week and take great care to keep them clean and well-maintained. There has been no misuse or neglect on my part. The rejection of my warranty claim has been extremely disappointing. The fact that such a product deteriorates so quickly and with such minimal usage clearly points to a manufacturing defect. I have never encountered such an issue with any other brand under similar or even more intense usage. Therefore, I must state that this product does not reflect the quality standards that Lacoste is known for. In this regard, I do not accept the rejection of my warranty request. I demand either a replacement of the shoes or a full refund. If this matter is not resolved, I will proceed to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and take all necessary legal steps to seek redress for the inconvenience and loss I have experienced. It is truly disheartening that a brand reputed for quality and customer satisfaction chooses to ignore such a clear defect. I expect a prompt and fair resolution to this matter and look forward to your response. Sincerely, Yusuf B.

@Lacoste @Lacostetr The shoes I bought turned out to be defective, I sent them in for warranty and it was 'rejected.' The Consumer Arbitration Committee found me to be right and decided on a replacement. But they don't care about the decision! On the phone, they say 'take us to court,' and there is no response to emails. I am explaining how I had such a bad experience when I expected service from a brand like Lacoste:
I bought the L003 model and within 2-3 months there was internal and external deformation. I sent it for warranty, but it was unfairly rejected as 'out of warranty.' I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. The decision was in my favor, and it was confirmed that the shoes should be replaced. The Company's Incredible Attitude: When I call, they say 'Take us to court.' I send emails, no response. They even ignore the Consumer Arbitration Committee's decision! How can a brand ignore a legal decision?
