Lacoste Bag Logo Fell Off and Made It Unusable

The logo on my Lacoste bag has completely fallen off, leaving the bag unusable. Regardless of whether the product is new or old, Lacoste should stand behind the quality of its items. I’ve tried to find a solution on my own, but nothing has worked, and I can no longer use the bag.

This is unacceptable for a brand with such a reputation, and I’m requesting that Lacoste addresses this issue promptly. Customers deserve better support for the products they’ve trusted and invested in. I expect a clear and immediate resolution, whether it’s a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution. Please respond as soon as possible.
