Columbia Jacket Logo Peeling Off – Denied Warranty

I purchased a Columbia jacket from Outdoor Republic Outlet Center, expecting high quality. However, the logo on the collar started peeling off, even though the jacket was barely used.

I sent the product for inspection, assuming Columbia would stand behind their brand, but my request was rejected without any valid explanation. This is incredibly disappointing. I didn’t buy this jacket from a market stall—I trusted Columbia’s reputation and quality, yet now I’m being ignored.

I demand an immediate replacement for this defective product. Columbia, if you claim to be a premium brand, then prove it by supporting your customers when your products fail! Fix this now!
