I bought a Calvin Klein men's bag nine months ago, trusting in the brand’s reputation and quality. I paid a premium price for this bag at Boyner, expecting it to hold up well. However, over time, the letters in the Calvin Klein logo started peeling off one by one. I returned the bag to Boyner, who sent it to the company for review, but I was shocked to get a generic response claiming "user error." This explanation is both disappointing and unacceptable. I didn’t damage the logo myself, nor did I mishandle the bag. I expected more from such a reputable brand, but instead, I'm left with a bag that looks worn and no real solution.
