About a month ago, I purchased creams from La Roche-Posay’s Toleriane line, as well as the Cicaplast Baume B5 product, from an authorized pharmacy. I chose these products with confidence, expecting a soothing effect suitable for sensitive skin.
However, every time I use these products, I experience significant breakouts, especially around my chin area. These reactions begin about 1–2 hours after application and are accompanied by redness and sensitivity, lasting for approximately two days. The symptoms only subside when I use a cortisone cream. I have not previously contacted La Roche-Posay customer service or consulted a doctor about this issue.
I am both disappointed and concerned that products marketed for sensitive skin and soothing effects are causing such a severe reaction on my skin. I request that the ingredients of these products be reviewed in relation to this issue, that a dermatological evaluation be conducted if necessary, and that I be contacted to resolve my situation.
