La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M Darkened My Skin
I used La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M for one and a half months, expecting it to help with blemishes. However, instead of improving my skin, it caused my face to darken significantly. Everyone around me noticed the change, and I realized there was a huge difference in tone between my face and neck.
This product is supposed to reduce blemishes, but instead, it made my skin appear unnaturally tanned, almost as if I had been in a tanning bed. I never applied it to my neck, and now my face looks much darker than the rest of my body.
I have stopped using the product, but I am extremely dissatisfied. La Roche-Posay, I demand an immediate response! I expect the company to stand behind its product and provide a solution. I regret ever using this cream and need to know what to do next!
They got back to me, but they said they would not take the product back and asked me for a doctor's report. They know very well that no doctor will give a report for a product they did not prescribe, because I am also a healthcare worker. I went to the dermatologist at the hospital where I work, and he told me I should stop using this product because it caused such a problem on my face. However, he said he could not give me such a report because he did not prescribe this product to me, and if I was experiencing such a problem, I should stop using it. I explained this to them, but they said they would not take the product back because I bought it from Trendyol. I am not satisfied with the brand at all and will never shop from them again; it is already a boycotted brand.
