I have been using the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Balm B5 product regularly for about 10 days. Before using it, my skin had no issues. However, especially in the last 2–3 days, I’ve developed severe breakouts, redness, and dryness around my mouth. I believe some kind of allergic reaction may have developed. I have not stopped using the product, I am not using any other skincare items, and I’m not wearing makeup. I also haven’t consulted a dermatologist yet.
I purchased the product through Trendyol from the La Roche-Posay store. My order number is: #10665358692. The product was advertised as something even babies can use, but my skin is now in very bad condition and I’m extremely distressed about this situation.
