On August 4, I purchased the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Dermallergo Fluide 40ml Moisturizer through Trendyol from the seller Markafarma (Order No: 10396240878, Delivery No: #9636050054). When I tried to use the product for the first time, I noticed that the pump did not work. At first, I assumed there was a simple issue with the pump mechanism. However, after opening the cap, I discovered that the internal tube that draws the liquid into the pump was missing entirely. Without this component, the product is completely unusable. I also have both video and photo evidence to prove this defect.
I contacted the seller several times, explained the situation, and asked for instructions to send them the photo and video. Instead of providing support, they told me to return the product for testing and that they would resend it if they found no issue. This is unacceptable because I do not want to use a skincare product that has already been opened, handled, and resent. It raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Despite reporting the issue well within the 14-day return period, neither a refund nor an exchange was approved.
When the product arrived, the shipping package was intact, but the box itself had no security seal or protective film, making it easy to tamper with. Given the price I paid for this 40ml cream, it is frustrating to be left with a product I cannot use. I request either a full refund or a replacement with a properly sealed and intact unit. If the seller refuses to resolve this, I expect La Roche-Posay to step in and assist, as defective and incomplete products being sold under their brand damages customer trust.
