I Can’t Open a New Kwai Account Due to System Error

When I try to create a new account on the Kwai application, I receive a warning saying “maximum account creation limit exceeded,” and I am unable to open a new account. All of the accounts previously created on this phone belong to me personally. I use a Redmi 12 device, and I have been experiencing this problem since 05/05/2025.

I do not believe that I have committed any violation or broken any rules. I simply want to create a new account, but the system does not allow me to do so. For this reason, I request that the restriction preventing me from creating a new account be removed and that the necessary checks and adjustments be made so I can once again create an account using my device.
