I Lost Access to My Kwai Account After Changing My Phone Number

When I tried to log into my long-used Kwai account today from my Redmi phone, I realized that my account was no longer open and I could not access it. I had previously changed my phone number, and now I no longer have access to either my old phone number or the Google account connected to the profile, which means I cannot log into my account at all.

My Kwai account was registered under the name “Merve K********” or “Merve Eylül,” and I currently have no way to access it. My old phone number is no longer active, so I cannot complete any phone verification process either.

I request assistance in restoring access to my account or providing an alternative recovery method, such as identity verification or an account recovery link, that would allow me to log into my account without needing access to my old phone number. I would like support in regaining access to my Kwai account as soon as possible.
