Sugo Blocks Me from Creating a New Account and Shows "Device Abnormal" Error

I am trying to open a new account on Sugo, but every time I attempt it, I receive the error message: "Current device is abnormal and cannot be registered." I already have two active accounts, but I am unable to create a third one.
If there is a device or account restriction in place, I kindly request that it be lifted so I can use the app freely. I have tried many similar apps, but Sugo has been the most useful by far.
Please don’t limit genuine users like me who want to stay active on your platform. I respectfully ask Sugo to review this issue, remove any unnecessary restrictions, and allow me to create the new account without barriers.
