Kwai Account Blocked Without Warning, New Account Also Suspended
My Kwai account was blocked suddenly without any warning, and when I tried to open a new account, that one was also blocked. This situation has been going on for about one day. I did not receive any explanation or reason from the app; it simply blocked my accounts without notifying me what I supposedly did wrong. I have not been able to use my accounts and I have not received any message explaining the basis of the block. I have not yet contacted Kwai support separately about this matter. I request that my blocked accounts be reviewed and unblocked as soon as possible, or that I at least be clearly informed of the specific reason for the block so that I can address it.
