Wrongfully Banned on Kwai, Requesting Device Ban Removal
I received a device ban on Kwai, and the reason given is unclear. I believe there’s been a mistake, as I have two accounts: one is VIP 3 with level 25, and the other is VIP 2 with level 18. I haven’t violated any rules, and this ban feels completely unjustified. I kindly ask Kwai to review this situation and lift the device ban so I can continue using the app. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will be forced to delete my accounts and switch to another platform.
