Sugo Blocks Me from Creating a New Account, Shows Device Abnormal Error on All Phones

I am trying to open a new account on Sugo, but I keep receiving the message "Current device is abnormal and cannot be registered." I even tried using my mother's phone, but the same error appeared there as well.
I already have two active accounts, but I am unable to create a third account. If there is a restriction in place, I kindly request that it be lifted so that I can use the app freely and continue enjoying it.
I have tried many similar apps, but Sugo has been by far the most useful and enjoyable. Please help me resolve this issue and remove any unnecessary limitations. I would really appreciate your support in getting back to a smooth experience.
