Kuryenet Didn’t Deliver My Turkcell Pasaj Order and Gave a Fake Address

I ordered something from the Turkcell Pasaj app on September 17, 2024, and it still hasn't arrived yet. Kuryenet keeps sending me messages saying they couldn't find anyone at my place, but that's just not true. No one has shown up at my place, and I have security camera footage to back that up. I can't seem to get in touch with customer service or locate a nearby office. I checked the tracking, and it says my package is at the agent's spot, but when I went to the address, it was just a nut shop—no package in sight.
