My package arrived at Altunizade Sürat Kargo on 04.11.2024. Considering the high volume of orders due to November sales, I didn’t check the tracking status. However, on 09.11.2024, at 10:05 a.m., my package was marked as out for delivery and then returned at 10:07 a.m. I am certain that it was never delivered to my address because my family and I were home at that time in the morning. Today, I found out again that my package has been returned. When I called the company, they said the delivery was canceled on Saturday because I supposedly wasn’t home and they couldn’t reach me by phone. There was no call made to me on 09.11.2024, and I’m attaching a screenshot to confirm this. Today, I likely missed a call from a courier at 10:13 a.m., but I called back at 10:14 a.m., and they didn’t answer. In short, I have been waiting for my package since the 4th of the month.
