KuCoin Web Wallet Deletion Caused My USDT Balance to Vanish — Seeking Recovery

On September 30, 2025, at approximately 00:15, I accidentally deleted my existing web wallet while creating a new wallet on my KuCoin account. As a result of that action, the entire USDT balance (~ 5,600 TRY) that was in my wallet under the Solana network went to zero, and I didn’t receive any error message or warning during that process. My user name during the transaction was k*@gmail.com**.

I have not yet contacted KuCoin customer service about this loss. I request that my lost balance be restored and that the matter be thoroughly investigated.
