On 07/05/2025, I transferred my hard coins—delisted by Binance—over to my KuCoin wallet using the KAVA network (wallet: kava10rndgkgwf6tv5zh7czn279rgcsppnmhlnvxv6z). The transaction ID is b678c05c927ae5770f79c14c1250a2cc0431aeee08595f382eef******, and the operation appeared to process successfully on Binance’s end.
However, it’s now been weeks and my coins have not arrived in my KuCoin account. I contacted Binance support, and they confirmed the coins left their platform. They even provided a completed transaction link from Mintscan as proof:

When I contacted KuCoin for help, they simply replied with a generic message and refused to assist further. I'm being pushed back and forth with no resolution while my funds remain missing. This is completely unacceptable. I demand KuCoin provide proper support, investigate this issue in detail, and credit the missing amount to my account immediately. I won’t stay silent while ₺ disappears into thin air.
