On my Binance TR account, I transferred 200 XRP to my Kucoin account, carefully entering the correct wallet address and tag information. Binance TR confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed, and I have the transaction ID available.
However, even though 24 hours have passed, the XRP balance has not appeared in my Kucoin wallet. I have never experienced such an issue before, and no other transfers were made during this time.
Although my Kucoin account was briefly restricted due to a recent password change, it is now fully active with no limitations. Despite this, I cannot locate any customer support contact options such as phone, email, or live chat, which has left me without assistance.
I request that Kucoin urgently investigate this issue and ensure that my 200 XRP is credited to my account without further delay, or at the very least, provide a clear explanation regarding the situation.
