I recently discovered that the Trias coin has been delisted on KuCoin without any prior notice, or if it was announced, I did not see it. Now, I cannot transfer this coin to other wallets or exchange accounts because the platform only allows transfers via the HRC20 network—a network I’ve never heard of before. I attempted to move my Trias tokens to Metamask via HRC20, but I cannot sell them anywhere.
When I initially purchased the coin, ERC20 and BEP20 networks were available, which is why I bought it. If I had known it would be limited to an unknown network, I would have never purchased it. Other platforms like Gate.io, MEXC, and Bitget still allow transactions for Trias.
This is not the first time I’ve faced such an issue on KuCoin. I experienced a similar situation with the Mirror Protocol, where ERC20 and BEP20 were disabled, leaving only Terra Classic. I lost approximately $700 because I couldn’t sell my tokens elsewhere.
I have been a loyal KuCoin user for years, but these incidents have severely damaged my trust in your platform. I request compensation for the Trias tokens I transferred to Metamask and the losses incurred with the Mirror Protocol. My UID and transaction history can be reviewed for verification. Please address and resolve these issues urgently.
