Due to the token's delisting, KuCoin only allows Trias withdrawals through the HRC-20 network right now.
This is a problem because a lot of external wallets and platforms don't accept HRC-20 tokens, which makes it harder to withdraw money.
Make sure you withdraw your tokens before the final date of January 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM UTC so you don't lose access to your money.
You might want to move your tokens to MetaMask or another site that supports HRC-20 tokens if the wallet you want to use doesn't support the HRC-20 network.
KuCoin's customer service can be reached at support.kucoin.com (https://support.kucoin.com).
