Koleston Kit Hair Dye Light Brown 5/0 Dye Comes Out Black

31

I recently used Koleston Kit's shade 5/0, advertised as light brown, to dye my hair. Despite my hair being naturally light, the outcome was jet black! If I wanted black hair, I'd have picked up black dye – why label it as light brown on the box? This inconsistency is infuriating. What's more frustrating is that this isn't an isolated case. Numerous complaints flood social media and review platforms. It begs the question: Why do brand managers turn a blind eye to customer feedback? The evidence is everywhere, and yet they seem indifferent. It's disappointing that Koleston's promise of a particular shade ended in such a mismatch. I'm not alone in feeling this way. As a customer, I expect better transparency and accountability. It's high time for the brand to make things right.
