Koleston Copper Brown Hair Dye Resulted in Dark Red – Not the Color Promised

I have been using copper shades for years, specifically Palette Cinnamon Copper, and decided to try something different with Koleston Copper Brown. Based on the name and the model’s copper-toned hair on the box, I expected a similar shade. But after applying the dye, I was shocked – instead of the expected copper brown, my hair turned a deep, almost black red, far darker than anything I've ever used. This color has nothing to do with what was promised on the packaging, and now I can barely stand to look in the mirror. I’m reaching out to the company to find out how they plan to rectify this.
