Severe Hair Loss and Scalp Irritation After Using Koleston Hair Dye

I purchased Koleston hair dye to color my hair at home, following all instructions precisely, leaving the dye on for the recommended 30 minutes. However, since applying it, I’ve experienced significant hair loss and scalp irritation. My hair began to itch immediately after rinsing, and soon after, I noticed it shedding alarmingly. This has never happened, not even when using bleach, and I’m deeply concerned and frustrated that a simple brown color dye could lead to such severe effects. I expected Koleston to be a safe choice, but it’s caused me great distress. I urgently request Koleston to address this issue and provide guidance on reversing the damage.
