Garnier Color Naturals No. 5 Light Brown Dye turned My Mother's Hair Orange

I bought Garnier Color Naturals No. 5 Light Brown Dye and put it in my mother's hair, but it turned out bright orange instead of brown. The result looks awful, and my mother is very upset. I don't understand how this could have happened, and I want Garnier to explain and pay me right away. If they don't take action right away to fix this problem and pay me for it, I will have to go to court. I did everything exactly as it said on the package, but the result was nothing like what was promised. I'm very upset with Garnier, and this isn't good enough. I want them to take responsibility for what they made and fix it.
