I dyed my hair with Koleston's new series, Koleston 7. To ensure full coverage, used two boxes of light ash brown. Despite the claim that dark ash brown neutralizes copper tones, it unexpectedly turned my hair into a copper shade. My hair, which initially had no copper tones, was transformed in an undesirable way. Not only did it change the color, but it also made my hair thinner and damaged unfortunately, I trusted the product's promises, and now I'm left with the challenge of fixing it if I can... Moreover, it failed to cover the two white strands of hair I had. I'm now unsure about how to correct this color mishap and disappointed that I relied on the product's assurances.
