Delayed Refund Issue with 'Kiyafet Sepeti' Website Purchase

I ordered from the website "Kiyafet Sepeti" on August 15, and I received a payment confirmation. As the product didn't arrive within the specified period, I reached out via their Instagram page due to the incorrect email on their website. They assured me a refund by October 17. However, by that time, I hadn't received the funds, so I tried contacting them again through Instagram and their phone number via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response as they don't answer my messages.
