No Refund After 19 Days from Kıyafet Sepeti Despite Product Being Out of Stock
I purchased a dress from Kıyafet Sepeti on September 26, but two days later, I was informed that the item was out of stock. They asked me to contact them via WhatsApp. I requested a refund, and they assured me it would be processed within 15 days, but 19 days have now passed, and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve tried reaching out through WhatsApp, but no one responds. Additionally, their customer service claims to be on lunch break even at 3 PM. It’s frustrating how this company continues to operate despite unresolved complaints. I need my refund immediately!
