Kıyafet Sepeti Won’t Process My Refund and Blocked Me on Instagram After Complaint

I’m being seriously mistreated by the online store Kıyafet Sepeti. I canceled an order that was never even shipped, yet they still refuse to notify the bank and process my refund. They’re telling me I need to wait 15 business days—which they have absolutely no legal right to enforce in this case.
All they have to do is inform the bank about the refund, and the issue would be resolved. But they won’t even take that basic step. I’ve filed complaints on every platform I could and have already initiated legal action. Still, I’m left waiting for money they have no right to hold.
To make matters worse, they even blocked me on Instagram after I reached out there for support. This is not how you treat paying customers.
Kıyafet Sepeti, I demand that you immediately notify my bank and return the payment for the unshipped item. Enough stalling—fix this now or face the consequences of ignoring consumer rights.
