No Refund Received from Kıyafet Sepeti Despite Nearly 2 Months of Waiting
On June 21, I made a purchase from the Kıyafet Sepeti website. A few days later, they informed me that there was an issue with the fabric and offered a ₺1,000 gift voucher to choose another model if I wished. Since I didn’t find any other model appealing, I requested a refund. They told me on June 27 that they had initiated the refund process and that I would receive my money within 15 days. However, nearly two months have passed, and I still haven’t received my refund. I have sent messages, and they keep asking for my IBAN, but the money has not been sent. Today, I messaged them again, but after exchanging a few words, they stopped responding. I will never shop from this site again, and I won’t recommend it to others. I will now pursue my rights through legal means. I am owed ₺5,805.
