I purchased a Kivi Home juicer through Trendyol in December 2025. My order number is 10767667991, and I have been using the product in Karaman, Turkey. From the very first time I tried it, I noticed a serious issue with the motor power. Even when I cut fruits into 6–7 pieces, the device struggled significantly and now it can barely process anything. It no longer extracts juice and provides no usable performance. At this point, the motor does not work at all, and the product is completely unusable.
Naturally, I had to test the product to see if it worked—this is not an item like underwear that cannot be tried. Despite this, when I sent it back to Trendyol with a return request, my return was rejected with the explanation that I had “used the product.” Even though the product is defective, has a faulty motor, and does not function, neither Trendyol nor the receiving party is taking responsibility, and my complaint is being ignored.
For days, I have been trying to contact Kivi Home’s service and customer support, including the numbers listed on the warranty document. I also searched online and tried multiple contact numbers. Despite waiting on hold for long periods, no one answers the phone. Not a single representative has responded or called me back. Even though I have made multiple complaints, stated that I would escalate the issue to official authorities, and all my call records and return notes are clearly documented, no one has taken action.
I am requesting an immediate return and full refund for this defective juicer, which has a non-functioning motor and cannot perform its basic function. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously and my issue to be resolved without further delay.
