Kiwi kvc-4090 Robot Vacuum Has Still Not Been Fixed After Its Failure
I bought three Kiwi kvc-4090 robot vacuums, and all three of them are not working properly. The service is really bad. When we contact customer service, they don't treat us with basic respect. There are no comments about the product. You haven't explained the situation. They ended the call on us. We filed the complaint as if we were writing in a grocery store's record book. It took a whole week for the service to come and collect the devices. I gave them the product on November 14th, and it's been almost a month since then. I've been waiting for them to call me back, but as of today, December 7th, I still haven't heard from them. It took them a whole week to finally pick up the shipment in Istanbul. I also said that the Kiwi brand made me feel embarrassed because I got the items as gifts. Are you doing this on purpose? I even tried to get my money back, but considering how incapable you are, it doesn't seem very likely. Please fix them and send them back as soon as you can!
