Refund Request for Kiwi Steam Iron Brush Attachment

Following my inquiry about purchasing a spare part, I received a response on 14.12.2023, confirming the cost of the Kiwi steam iron brush attachment as ₺120. Despite making the payment, I have not received any follow-up regarding my purchase. I transferred the payment to the IBAN address provided via SMS, included my details, and sent the payment receipt to the email address provided. However, a month has passed without any response. My calls go unanswered, and there is no reply to my emails. I am extremely disappointed with Kiwi's lack of communication. I urgently request the prompt fulfillment of my order for the ksi 6482 attachment, for which I have already made the payment.
