Philips PerfectCare PSG9000/20 Recall Delay

I am using a Philips PerfectCare Steam Generator 9000 Series PSG9000/20, and I am writing because the product has been constantly recalled and my warranty period is about to expire. I first became aware of the recall process on 17.12.2024, and since then the situation has been ongoing without any clear resolution. I live in Çayırova, Kocaeli, Türkiye, and I have contacted the authorized service regarding both the recall and the risk of my warranty expiring. Despite this, I have only been told that everything is pending and no concrete solution has been offered so far, which makes me feel unsafe about using the product and uncertain about my rights. In this situation, I request a full refund for my Philips PerfectCare PSG9000/20, together with interest for the period during which I have been left waiting without a solution.
