Kiwi Home Did Not Return Missing Part of My Carpet Cleaning Machine After Service
I bought a carpet cleaning machine from Kiwi, which became popular last year. I purchased it through Hepsiburada, and until now, I have never had any issues with Hepsiburada. I always recommend it to everyone, and despite its closest competitor offering better prices, I specifically prefer shopping from Hepsiburada. I even bought four more Kiwi products as gifts for my family after they liked mine, making a total of five products. However, my product broke down, and I sent it to the service center under warranty. After a month, it was returned, but when I opened the box, I realized the nozzle was missing. I immediately messaged the service center but received no response. I called them, but again, no response. I contacted customer service around 20 times, and they told me, "We will get back to you," but never did. Eventually, they said, "Use your legal rights," and hung up. I have a severely autistic orphaned son, and my missing product still hasn’t been sent.
